WHO WE AREThe Marine Corps League is dedicated to supporting and connecting both active and retired Marines and FMF Navy Personnel. As a congressionally chartered Veteran Service Organization with 501c4 non-profit status, we strive to provide a community where Marines can find camaraderie, assistance, and opportunities. Founded in 1923 by World War I veteran Major General John A. Lejeune, our members enjoy the benefits of belonging to a historically rich organization that understands the particular demands of modern life Marines face today. As the Music City Detachment of the Marine Corps League, we serve Marines living in Nashville and the surrounding areas. |
The mission of the Marine Corps League is to promote the interest and to preserve traditions of the US Marine Corps; strengthen the fraternity of Marines and their families; serve Marines and FMF Navy Personnel who wear or who have worn the Eagle, Globe and Anchor; and foster the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism. Our core values—honor, courage, and commitment—guide everything we do.
OUR TEAMOur small but mighty team of associates is committed to serving Marines who so tirelessly serve or have served our country. We are passionate about making a positive impact in the Music City Marine Corps community by helping Marines transition to civilian life, make the right connections to find employment, access their well-deserved benefits, and more. Our team embodies the spirit of dedication and perseverance that defines the Marine Corps. |
